Contents of the masterclass: making and shaping the dough, making the fillings (chocolate cream ganache, salted caramel, lemon curd, Italian meringue, pistachio cream), filling and finishing the tarts. We make the following flavors: chocolate cream / salted caramel / lemon meringue / pistachio raspberry.
